POP UP CARDS/ EXPLOSION BOX CARDS
Pop Up Box is made using a POP UP CARD DIE from The Stamps Of Life. Stamps are from the Bacon & Eggs stamp set & Toast set made by The Stamps Of Life. Papers used are from Doodlebug. The Thank You die is from Tim Holtz.
This just screams HAPPY!
If this Butterfly Pop Up Box doesn't make you feel like Spring is in the air than what will? I just love the mix of colors I used to create this. The butterfly stamps are from The Stamps Of Life as is the die I used to create the box.
In honor of National Unicorn Day (APRIL 9th) I am also sharing a few Unicorn Pop Up Card Boxes. They bring so much sparkle, shimmer and MAGIC to any recipient. I love using Wink Of Stella on the unicorns and rainbows. Copic markers used to color the unicorns. The unicorns are stamp set used is DREAMER by Taylored Expressions.
Llamas are also all the rage these days. I loved creating this.

Who Lives In A Pineapple Under The Sea? I made this SpongeBob pop up card using graphics I printed and cut. It was a SpongeBob themed party we were attending.
I LOVE making these pop up cards!
The die I use to make them is from - The Stamps Of Life. I love using different types of stamps & papers and not sticking with just one brand. I hand stamp my images first using my Misti tool. I almost always use Memento Inks. I find it to be the best ink to use when using alcohol based markers. After stamping is done I then color with my favorite markers, COPICS. Although most of my stamp sets come with dies and I would rather hand cut each stamp.
I use my ATG gun to assemble the box and add the papers. I then use foam dots to pop up the images around the sides and on the back. To create the tree I used Distress inks for the branches, leaves, flowers and blue birds. I also added some Queen and company pearl bling to the flowers inside of the card.
